Login problem!

Hi,

I'm working in ITX (INDITEX) COMPANY. I tried to login with my company SSO, and then the page redirect me on my company enter form. I use my company ID and password correctly and the company site redirect me on SAP CONCUR login page. I tried to login finally with my company ID and password but i received wrong password/username message. 

 

My ID is: JACOPORA@store (or only JACOPORA) 

 

Could you please assist me?

@Mourried Login issues are best handled by someone at your company. I sent you a private message with some names of people you can contact at your company. Check the little envelope icon in the upper right corner of the Community.

Hi I also have the same problem,

@polbi54 It is possible that your company ID and password are not the same as your SAP Concur username and password. 

 

You could try using the password reset option. From the SAP Concur sign in page, enter your username. Click Next. On the next screen click SAP Concur Password. The next window will have a Password Reset link. This will send you an email to reset your password.

 

If you do not receive an email, it means you likely didn't enter the correct SAP Concur username. Give it a try and see what happens.

Hi unfortunately it did not help. My manager directed me to sap concur manager to solve the issue. If my company id does not work and I do not know my sap concur id. I am sure you can help me to solve the issue.

@polbi54 your company is requiring Single Sign On to access SAP Concur. We don't manage how your company has configured Single Sign On. I would suggest reaching out to your IT department as they should be able to know how your company's authentication works.
