Localization Support

Hello,

I am looking for some support with Localization and adding translations to the header fields. I have been able to add translations to the expense items themselves, but I am struggling on where and how to add the translation for the headers.

@JasonU1125 to localize the header fields, check Form Fields section of Localization in Expense Admin page and modify the same to target language.
