This link is to the monthly release notes, but I don't see a link to register for the monthly calls that go with them. Am I missing something?

Good question!

Monthly Release calls are exclusively offered to customers subscribed to Service Administration or Preferred Care.  Please contact your SAP Concur Account Manager or your company's SAP Concur admin to determine if your company has this offering.  If you are an Authorized Support Contact and you’ve opted in to receive notifications in the SAP Concur support portal, you will automatically be sent release info after the final version is published.
