Limiting Tips on Meal expenses

Is there any audit rule configuraton for limiting tips paid for meals? Our policy limits tip amount to 18%.

Our company is considering something similar.  Is it possible to have seperate fields for tax & tip and have an audit rule for the subtotal?

Hi, were you able to find a work around for adding tips?  Our policy states that we can only tip 20% or under.

Hi, have you found a work around for limiting tips?  In our policy we are not allowed to tip over 20%, and per Concur the only answer we are getting now is that there is no way to do that in the system.

Was a solution ever discovered for this? Our tipping policy is for 20% or below. I would like to ensure that there is a rule built for this in Audit, instead of adding a separate expense type for Gratuity/Tips.
