Issues with Implementation

Hey Yall

 

So we signed our contract on 9/30 and still have not received any support in getting our site together. I have requested our implementation specialist to help set things up and its crickets. When i call the support line or use the chat feature i am left with an underwhelming lack of support. I am really hoping that this is a one off thing and that we didnt sign up for months of issues not being resolved. 

 

Does anyone have a direct line for the implementation team or someone who can help? Ive tried calling our sales rep and she doesnt return my calls anymore after signing the contract. 

 

Im just trying to get this rolled out as soon as possible.
