Now, keep in mind that if I remember correctly, with our Standard implementation we give our customers options for getting set up. One is they do it on their own and the other is they do the implementation with guidance from someone at SAP Concur. I think this is determined in the contract, but don't quote me on that. I'll need to ask around. I just want to make sure that you didn't sign up for the option where you do it on your own, but you weren't aware.
