Issue with adding a delegate

I was told I need to add a delegate to obtain a travel award, but I don't see the "request delegate" option under settings in my account. How should I fix this?

Hi @ayushj10 ,

 

Expense and Request module shares common delegate functionality. Hence, even if "request delegate" option is not visible, you can still define delete under "Expense Delegates" section. 

 

Note - Any delegate changes (add/remove) done under  "expense delegate" section will automatically reflect under "request delegate" section as well.

 

In case if "expense delegate" option also not visible to you then possible reason could be that delegation functionality might not be enabled for your employee group under which your Concur profile is tagged. If this is the scenario in your case, then I would suggest, reaching out to Concur Administrator or create an IT support ticket for the same.

@ayushj10 when you are signed in to your SAP Concur profile, click your initials in the upper-right corner. From the drop-down select Settings. On the next screen look on the left-hand side for a heading labeled Expense Settings. Underneath this you will find the option for Expense Delegates.
