Is there a way to make myself a Delegate?

Hi,

An employee just left and left a stack of receipts for their CC that are not in Concur yet. I'd like to use ExpenseIT to do the heavy lifting for me instead of individually adding jpegs from emailing them to myself and matching them up.

Is there a way I can make myself a delegate for this employee, so I can use ExpenseIT on their account?

Thanks,

Riley

@rileyash if you have the role/permission to pull up and view a user's profile, you can go down to the Expense and Invoices settings area and click the Expense Delegates link. Here you could add yourself as their delegate. If you have the Expense Proxy logon role, then you can also act on this user's behalf.

Thank you,

As long as you are and Administrator and you have someone else who is also an Administrator you can do the following:

Click on your profile

Click on Act as Another User

Search for the person that you need to create and Expense Report for.

Add their credit card transactions and attach receipts

When done submit report.

Once their approver has approved their report

A different administrator must review and approve for processing just as your personal expense report must be reviewed and approved by another administrator.
