Is SAP Concur Down as of 8/3/20 11:29 am EST

I can log into concur no issue but when I try to go into Expense tools I get a message that SAP is down yet I don't see on other boards that SAP is down?

Looking at Concur Open, it looks like things are ok? Are you still experiencing this?
