Internet reimbursement showing paid but not credited

Hi All, 

Need help my internet bill that i have uploaded for two months is showing paid . But It has not been credited to my account ,

I have checked my account in detail but its not credited. It never happens like this  , can any one help with whom I should raise a case.

@spandan007 hello there. When it comes to reimbursement payments, I always recommend starting by contacting your Finance, Accounting or Payroll departments. They are in charge of overseeing and/or making sure the payments are made, so that would be your best starting point.

but the onlu answer its may be IT team andafter nothing 

no more answer or solution for moment
