Internet allowance approved for payment but not paid

The status of my expense changed to approved and then to approved for payment but still its not credited in pay , even after 10 days ,the status is still in approved for payment. I have also attached the receipt.

Your financial Team needs to launch a "payment run" so that you are reimbursed. It does not depend on Concur itself.
