Intermittent errors are occurring during the "External Validation - Pre-Extract" step in our Request Workflow. The workflow configuration itself appears to be correct, and in this step, Concur is expected to send data to our intermediary server for processing. However, we are observing that not all requests are being sent some are intermittently missing the call to our server.
We have two questions regarding this:
1. Based on the screenshot we uploaded, the workflow currently in use has the "External Validation - Pre-Extract" checkbox unchecked. Could this setting be related to the issue we are experiencing, or is it unrelated?
2. Could you please explain the function and purpose of the menu shown in the screenshot?
We would appreciate your clarification on both points.
