Hello-
We are considering a move to Intelligent Audit from Concur. I am interested in hearing the reviews about this solution. If you are an Intelligent Audit user, could you share the pros and cons?
Thanks,
Jessica

Hi there
We have intelligent audit for our purchase card policy (receipts are on line item). Once you have the correct audit rules in place it runs quite well and we no longer have waiting periods for the auditors to review the claim.
Couple of things to be mindful of.
Make sure you audit workbench rules are clear and precise to tell the bot what is allowed, (Concur will assist with this) what can be amended eg. GST / VAT to be modified to meet receipt if out so many cents.
Be aware that with the audit service, if the audit service reject a claim and send it back to the user. The user corrects the error and re-submits the claim - the count on the audit is considered 2 even thought it is the same report. They count the number or times the view report rather that the report itself, so be mindful that you purchase enough transactions for audit
I also find it great that Concur send you a report advising the volume of reports/ failure rate and turn around, The report also breaks down the summary via issue, this is a great education tool you can use for your users
Hope this helps
Trish
