Incorrect, new and duplications in my Available Expenses

I submitted my expenses and can now see new, incorrect and duplications of already submitted amounts in my Available Expenses. The new incorrect ones do not appear on my credit card. Please advise? Thanks, Jo

I've solved this by deleting the duplicated cash expenses.
