@pandrinai hello there. Your company controls the EV reimbursement rate, Concur does not. Which means we cannot resolve this. Your company's internal SAP Concur site admin will need to make the correction. As for removing cars, if you go to the screen where you see all the cars, there should be a little checkbox next to each one. Tick the checkbox and see if the Remove button activates. If so, click that button. I believe most cars can be removed, but sometimes your preferred or the very first car you added to your profile cannot.
