Images not appearing when emailing receipts

Hello,

i have been emailing receipt images to [email protected] for about 5 years.  Last few months, this function isn't working.  Image on receipts only shows some colors and is mostly blank.  I am doing a workaround, but it was so much easier for me to forward receipts to concur and saved me a lot of time when completing expense reports for multiple people.  Any thoughts on why this feature isn't work properly.  My company was unable to identify issue.

@cdominguez has your company submitted a Help ticket to Concur Support. That is the first thing I would recommend. 

Also, I think I already know the answer, but to cover all bases, have you changed anything about how you send in the receipts? Also, are the receipts embedded into the email or are they attached to the email?
