Hi Kevin and Andras,
Thanks for the response, i believe we probably missing the certificate here, currently we are not using detokenization method to get card details and pay to card vendors. We have not contacted SAP on this due to internal process, we are having SAP On-premise system, below details show up when we set up the connection in SAP system
If you want to enable payments with an IBCP Credit Card, select the checkbox below.
Once you've completed the wizard, the traffic light for column Expense Report on the Setting Up the Integration with SAP Concur screen will turn green. Without the generated certificate and the client credentials, the traffic light remains yellow, meaning IBCP credit cards cannot be used. Note that the posting process as such is not affected by the traffic lights. For instance, when you check the connection and an error is displayed, this does not mean that the entire posting has failed, but rather that the detokenization procedure wasn't successful.
During the payment run, the SAP system calls the Concur service with the credit card token to receive the encrypted credit card number. This number can be decrypted using the generated certificate.
