Solved: I'm new to SAP Concur and a bit lost - Car Mileage...

I can log in OK to SAP concur but when I then click Home in the upper-right corner as instructed I don't seem to find Home in the upper-right corner or Expense.

Does anyone know where this upper-right corner is where you click Home and then you click Expense?

I'm based in the United Kingdom so it might be left for UK and right for USA?

Certainly on the left side I can see a menu with the word Home. Once I click it I don't get anything and not Expense. So where is this menu?

There are 2 areas with the word Home. The first is the one on the top which is highlighted in black and the second is coloured in blue writing.

Personal Car Mileage User Interface

The steps to be taken in order to claim Personal Car Mileage are:

Sign in to your SAP Concur profile and click Home in the upper-right corner.
Select Expense under Applications from the Home menu.
On the Manage Expenses screen, start a new report by clicking Create New Report.

@joebacchetti hello there. Welcome to the Community and welcome to using SAP Concur. The Home menu is in the upper-left corner. I went into your profile and tested it out. Expense Should be listed there.

I think what you are describing are the two Home options here on this Community. This Community is not where you create and submit your expense claims.

Expenses are done by signing in to the SAP Concur tool, which is different from this Community. SAP Concur is found at: https://eu2.concursolutions.com/. From there you will need to enter your SAP Concur (not this community) username and password. I did see that you are set up to use SAP Concur, so if you have never signed in before...use the link I posted to go to the sign in page. From there in the username field, enter your email address. Click Next. On the next screen, click the SAP Concur Password button. On the next screen click Forgot Password, then click Send. This should send you an email with a link to allow you to reset your password.

Give that a try.
