I can't log in

Hi - I created a User ID and Password....And even confirmed with my company email, Thales Avionics....It took it....When I tried to log in, it did not allow me to log in and I still see Welcome Sang Q on the upper right corner as I already logged in. What's going on? To me I am still not logging in. 

Please, help.
