How to update the Project codes for Concur Expense on mass

Hi,

We need to do a large update of the Project codes stored in Concur expense, this will involve removing old codes and updating with new ones.  There will be quite a lot to remove and add and was wondering if there was a way of doing this on mass rather than manually?

Hi @CHawken there is! I actually accidentally deleted all of our projects one time (and there are over 500!) and I needed to get them all back in quickly. There is a template you can copy/paste your information in and do the upload. See if this is helpful.

The permission of Shared Configuration Administrator (Restricted) would need to be assigned to then create a new list using List Import.

With the assigned permission, follow the below steps:
1. Go to Administration > Expense > List Management
2. Click Import
3. Download the template from the List Import page
4. Fill in the template and save it
5. Go back to List Import page
6. Click New List
7. Enter the desired name of the list
8. Upload the file by clicking on Choose file
9. Click Upload Your Data

For Concur Request, follow the steps below:
1. Go to Administration > Request > List Management
2. Click Import
3. Download the template from the List Import page
4. Fill in the template and save it
5. Go back to List Import page
6. Click New List
7. Enter the desired name of the list
8. Upload the file by clicking on Choose file
9. Click Upload Your Data
