You might try running the one of the Billed Transaction reports located in the Standard Reports + Administration folder. Since Concur bills for all reports submitted there is a record of the deleted reports if they were ever submitted. If the associate created a report and deleted it without ever submitting it then you will not have a record of it in the Concur database.
