How to download only header level or report level images attached to report using API from concur

We can attach receipts/images to a report at header/report level and at line/expense level.

If I attached images to the expense level then Concur will combine all the expense images and make a single PDF.

But if I attached images at the report level and I want to download this report level image only not above combined image PDF.

Could please help how can I download only the report level image using concur API?

Hi, 

I am currently searching for a way to retrieve attachments at the report header level. We are able to retrieve the entry level attachments by passing the imageid that is extracted from the expense entries v4 API.

Whereas there is no image id present in V4 or V3 APIs for expense report. Hence unable to retrieve the attachments at the header level. 

Can anyone please advice, how we can retrieve them.
