How to download a list of expense report with SAP document number and SAP posting date

Hi all,

I am trying to generate a list of monthly expense report that lists the transaction details including important field such as SAP document number and SAP posting date. I need this report to trace for reconciliation

In Cognos, you can search for the 'Sent for Payment Date', which corresponds to the SAP Posting Date.

However, the SAP Document Number is not available as a data object within the Cognos database folders. Instead of the SAP Document Number, you can use other available fields such as Report ID, Report Key, or Report Number.

Currently, the SAP Document Number is only accessible under the audit trail section of each posted report in Concur.

If you still require the SAP Document Number in your Cognos report, then I would suggest to raise a support ticket with Concur to explore the feasibility of making this information available.
