How to be disengaged as "Delegate" when the person is no longer in the company? CONCUR EXPENSE

Hi All,

I have some questions to post to the community:

1.    Any idea about how to be disengaged as "Delegate" of a person (in Concur Expense) when the person is no longer working in the company?

2.    Is there any way to be engaged as "Delegate" of a massive group of people (all at once)?   I work as an assistant for a group of 80 Sales Representatives.

Thanks for your collaboration.

Maria

For question 1:

Start here to access Expense Delegateshttps://help.sap.com/docs/CONCUR_EXPENSE/cd24ad794821491e8f65f76f61dffcc6/c42b7c7e51c31015b3b1d90fd9...

Then go to Delegate For to delete your desired entries: https://help.sap.com/docs/CONCUR_EXPENSE/cd24ad794821491e8f65f76f61dffcc6/c42c525051c31015b809d2c9cd...

Separately, ex-employees should also be deactivated promptly as a best practice.

For question 2, it does not appear that is possible per this article: https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_CONCUR/193c6f98c77e45d69c918fdddba93349/1ede9508915a428cb65bb9ea368106...

"When an employee acting as a delegate is moved to another employee group configuration, the system will not remove or update existing delegate assignments. Employees should be reminded to periodically review their delegation assignments to keep them up-to-date with current organizational changes."

This may be a good candidate for SAP Customer Influence (I searched and did not see anything similar): https://influence.sap.com/
