How to add "All Employees" to Analytics Report

I am an Admin user but when i go to Analytics and run reports i am only getting results for the employees whom i approve expense reports for, how can i get access to All Employees in Analytics?

@npalazola this is because you don't have the Consumer permission on your profile. All approvers can access Analytics to see data for those they approve.

Go to your profile and assign the Consumer role to yourself. See screenshot. Problem solved. 🙂

When generating the report I have to select each individual employee by typing their name is there a way to select all employees?

Hi @viicky4 ,

You can try searching with "%" percentage and it will give you list of all employees.
