How to add a client to expensese

Please can you help, I am trying to add a Client to the attendees list. I have selected client entertaining as the category but the system wont allow me to add the client. It then gives me an error code asking me to add a category 'C. Client' but I dont get that option.

 

Can anyone help please?

@Tfletcher1 your company doesn't have an attendee type of Client created in the system. When you go to the attendees screen, click the Advanced Options link. Use the drop-down to select C. Other as the attendee type.
