How to Monitor API Activity in Concur?

Hello Experts,
I am just wondering, if is there any way to see, what are an API action on concur site.
In Import/Export, it only related to flat file, and I haven't found any other information how to monitor API in Concur.
Thanks,
Yacouba

@yacoulibaly I don't recall ever hearing about being able to monitor API activity within SAP Concur itself. Maybe reach out to our Support team and see if there is some sort of log they have access to that they can share.

Thank you,

Hi @KevinD ,
We will open a ticket to get some logs from the ElasticSearch related to the API.
The issue here we have several providers who are sending ereceipt, some are not reaching, and many are duplicated, but from the provider side, they do not have any duplicate.
It will be nice for concur at least to put some things in place so we can see who do what with the APIs.

Hi @yacoulibaly ,

Yes, I agree with Kevin. API doesn't show any log for import/export in Concur. It only shows log for SFTP flat file/manual import.

The only way to validate action is to check respective config item and check whether newly imported items are available in Concur or not.

Ex. If you are importing any list items then you can go to list management >> open respective list >> and check whether new list items got added or not by searching under that particular list.

Thanks!
Regards,
Pooja
