How do "Unlink" my email address from a previous travel company?

AdTrav was being used many years ago by an organizationI volunteered with and they used Concur Travel back then.  I volunteer with a new NGO and they are trying to set me up on Concur but my email address is till linked to that old travel company.  How do i break free so I can wokr with the new NGO?

@davehallettca hello there. I want to make sure I understand the situation. When this new NGO is trying to set you up, are they trying to use your email address as your SAP Concur username/log in ID and receiving a message that the ID is not available? 

I'm asking because the same email address can be listed on multiple SAP Concur profiles, it is the username trying to be used in a different SAP Concur entity where you run into issues. 

I'll await your further clarification then advise from there.
