Hotel rates

Hi , the hotel i want to book has a better rate then what concur is providing. Concur is providing $400 a night where if i call the hotel direct outside concur, i can get the rate for $200. who can i call to get this rate updated? Same hotel and same dates. I can not find a support line to speak to someone directly from concur

@SarahS10 are you a travel administrator at your company? Do you have a negotiated rate with this hotel?

HI I am not the travel admin for my company. The hotel is providing a lower rate because we are attending the conference at the hotel. Concur is providing us an higher rate. We want to use the hotel rate directly. can i please call and speak to someone from concur directly?
