Solved: Hotel Date Range not in mobile apps

Is this correct? - The mobile apps for Concur Expense do not have a Date Range field, but the web version does, for expense type Hotel.

When I view mobile app submitted expense reports in the Processor view, I only see Transaction Date

Since most folks use the mobile apps, why is the Date Range in the web version a required field for Hotel? Is this due to imported expenses as opposed to manually entered Hotel expenses?

Asking for clarification as we are tracking findings during our first group rollouts.

@USWsdymerski Well, I saw what you were asking about and in my opinion, it is a little odd that the mobile app doesn't have the same Date Range field. I posted this question to our mobile team to see if there is some reason why. If I hear anything, I'll let you know.

Thanks Kevin! I marked this as a solution since you confirmed the functionality between the web and mobile apps are different for hotel with regard to date range. I am hopeful that the mobile app team will have an answer for us on this. In the meantime, we have confirmed that not having the date range for Hotel on an expense report created on the mobile app does not prevent it from being submitted, so there is no impact to the users.
