Help linking transactios

Hello! I have enabled my corporate card to be linked to my concur expenses and only one ereceipt is showing. When I try to "view transactions" or import expenses from my AMEX, I can't. I'm at my wits end and need to get this sucker submitted by end of day. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@jhellrung I looked at your expense report and looked at the card you have assigned to you in the system. It appears you were issued a newer AMEX card, correct? The system has an older AMEX card assigned to you, not the card you are using now. That is why you aren't seeing your card transactions. I do see your new AMEX card account in the system, but it just needs to be assigned to you. Once that happens, the transactions will appear. I would also suggest updating the AMEX card you have on your SAP Concur Travel profile. It still shows the older card.
