Need to recover my password, so I follow the steps for emailing it to me and the system says it sent me an email only, the email never arrives in my inbox. Going around in circles.

@jstark have you checked your Spam or Junk folder for the email? Also, are you trying to recover your password from the sign in screen at: www.concursolutions.com?
