I reached out to Concur support and they thought the issue was the 3rd party app we use (Wipfli) to bring credit card expenses into Sage. Wipfli says it's not on their end. Concur says they can not help me. ISee screengrab below. I'm missing the option to select our ERP account. It has been linked for over a year now, I don't know what happened.
