Getting error message “no rates found for date provided” when submitting business mileage

I have suddenly started to get the error message “No rates found for the date provided” when selecting a Transaction Date on a Business Milage - Personal Care expense and I am unable to save the expense.

I only get this error message when using the mobile app, not when using the website via my laptop.

Also, if I go into any of my previously inputted expenses and try edit the Transaction Date, the error message is then displayed there too and I’m unable to save that expense.

@Samwalker that is a strange. Can you take a screenshot of the entire phone's screen so we can see all the fields, please?
