@smohammed have you checked the Admin Resources area here on the Community? At the top of the page you should see menu options. One is named Resources. Choose Admin Resources from here. Give it a look. Also, free free to post questions into the forums. Lastly, if you are a site admin, you can request to join the Admin Group. There are over 9000 members and many people with a lot of SAP Concur knowledge and expertise.
