For a domestic flight, please change the “City of Purchase” information to your location of departur

Hello, 

I have an expense for a domestic UK flight from Manchester to London, booked through a third party organization called BCD Travel based in Utrecht, Netherlands. 

I have a receipt for the flight but in the expense I am unable to get rid of the warning: For a domestic flight, please change the “City of Purchase” information to your location of departure in order to ensure correct VAT calculation.

My flight was a domestic flight, my city of departure was London

Please advise how this can be changed.
