File failed to upload on create expense page

I have a end user trying to upload a receipt as pdf and he keeps getting an error message "the following files failed to upload"

@CSharpe001 First off, I take it the pdf isn't larger than 5MB, is that correct? If so, have the user try this. Back out of the report and go the Manage Expenses page. From there they will see the Available Expenses area. Have them navigate to where the pdf is saved and then drag and drop the pdf into the Available Expense area. If your company uses ExpenseIt, the system will scan the receipt and create an entry, assuming the same error doesn't pop up. 

If it won't allow the user to drop in the Available Expenses area, likely because ExpenseIt isn't being used, have them try and drag and drop into the Available Receipts area.
