Field "Vehicle-ID"

Hi,

is it possible to set the field "Vehicle-ID" (Car Configuration) to "not required" at the request of the customer? Or is the field not changeable because it is hard-coded?

@Anna_N looks like Vehicle ID is hard coded to required and cannot be changed.
