Hello everybody,
I´m an external employee at Siemens Energy Erlangen since June 29th, 2026, and currently I´m not able to work with Concur.
I have no access to the tool.
Normally, the users login with their email address without a password. But in my case I should inset a password too. But I have none. And I can´t create one.
We opened a lots of tickets but nobody is interested in finding a solution. Nobody can or will tell us what´s wrong.
So I can´t do my job as I should.
Does anybody here have an idea what we can do to solve this problem?
