Export to Excel

Good morning

 

I´d like to export to excel the expense detail of the expense reports. 

 

 I´ve seen how to export reports to excel using the button “send to excel” at the bottom of the page after running a query on reports. But how do I exports the expense details?

 

I do not use Cognos. Our organization only have Concur Expenses software.

@fjcamps to get the detail you want for many expense reports at once, you will need to use Cognos. You can either request to have this permission added to your profile or request someone who has this permission to build the report and run it for you. 

 

There isn't an option within Concur Expense to get the detail you want unless you want to go in and save one expense report at time, but this is only available in PDF. 

 

Cognos is what you need to use to accomplish what you are looking for.
