Export Card Transaction to Excel

I want to export my card expenses from last year to develop a budget.  How can I do this?

I saw another solution to this question, but the menu choices are unavailable on my Home screen as pictured in that solution.

Here is what I see.

Can you please provide that solution screenshot here, so that I would be able to understand which option you are looking for. 

Are you looking for Budget Dashboard option as shown below? or credit card transactions? Please confirm.

It would be the credit card transactions. 

There does not seem to be a way to export the credit card transactions from last year. 

I am not able to highlight and copy the transactions so they could be copied into an excel Spreadsheet either.

Hi @Chamuit ,

Yes, your understanding is correct. As a user, there is no option to download or export credit card transactions.

However, from the available expenses section, you can manually select the rows as shown below in sample screenshot and paste special text (without formatting) into excel. I tried the same and what I observed is, after pasting also we need to do slight changes in excel as some data get shifted to the next columns. But it will get pasted in excel.

@Chamuit the option you see called Intelligence would allow you to build a Cognos report to show all your card transactions from last year. That is the only way you can see all of last year's transactions in one report. 

Have you used the Intelligence option at all to access Cognos reporting?

Did not know Cognos existed, so have not used.

@Chamuit which browser are you using? Also, you might only have read-only access in Cognos. I don't see the option to create a new report. 

So, you can request your company's SAP Concur internal site admin to provide you access to create reports or ask someone at your company with access to build reports to build it for you. 🙂
