Expenses in foreign currency not converting to correct USD amount

Has anyone had an issue with employee's foreign expenses (in this example, EUR) not converting to the correct USD? We've had this happen with two employees now. Obviously they owe the USD equivalent to their cards as charged.

Any insight would be appreciated!

@heatheralper how did you know that the conversion wasn't correct? Did you compare the converted amount shown in SAP Concur to the users' card statements? I'm just trying to get all the facts. 🙂
