Expenses doubling when scanned with the app

Every time I scan a receipt with the Concur app, the expense is doubled and I have to go in and remove one entry.  It happens every time.  There are no updates available for the app.

@jwhitacre just to rule things out, which version does your app say? I've not encountered this issue myself. I just did a test and captured a receipt and it only created on entry. 

 

Also, did you check in the web version to see if two entries also showed up there? If not, could you give it a test to see if two entries are created there as well?

Also, yes it is showing up in the Web Version as duplicate entries.  I have to go in and delete a duplicate entry every time.  I deleted the app and reloaded but with no resolution.

 

It used to work great.  Also, the app is not showing me the amount on the expense before I approved/use the expense.  Before this issue, it would show the amount and I could say yes or no, and then correct it.  This function went away as well.
