Expenses are not integrating

Who do I contact when my expenses are not integrating into Concur?

Since Friday 19th I have had all 24 reports not integrate. I have raised with support but the last time I had a ticket it went unanswered for 3.5 weeks. Our Client success manager is unresponsive to my emails and our Client Account Executive is away.

@KMACK what do you mean, "I have had all 24 reports not integrate"? Are you talking about company card charges not appearing in your Available Expenses or are you asking about expense reports? I'm a little unclear.

Hello KevinD,

I have a similar issue. I am reviewing my expenses vs my statement and am missing a few transactions that were made on 8/3/22. They reflect on the statement but not in Concur. I tried to manually add them and it only gives me the 'out of pocket' option.

I also have the same issue, the expenses are not appearing in the "available expenses" section when I am preparing an expense report.

Please help!
