ExpenseIt failing to read receipt and create expense

When using the ExpenseIt function to log screenshot/ pdf receipts I have added, it will process for multiple minutes and then stop as if it’s complete

 

After this, the expense is not posted, and the receipt is gone

 

I have software version 

10.22.0.2505270305   on IOS.   I’ve only had this problem before when I have bad internet service. Tonight that is not the case

@Motoman2112 are you still having this issue? If so, can you type out the exact steps you are taking to capture the receipt, please? There might be another way to accomplish what you need.

I am having the exact same issues on iOS 18.5, also on app version 10.22.0.2505270305. 

  • Upload PDF receipt from another app (e.g. Outlook mobile) via Send To feature
  • Select new receipt, then … at top right corner, then ExpenseIt
  • Screen will be stuck on “Processing…” for 5 minutes, afterwards expense and receipt both disappear and are not added to any reports

The workaround I’ve found is to save the PDF to Files first, then in Concur click the + sign in the Expense tab, then Upload File. It still takes a very long time to process (again, 5 minutes), but then the expense is added to your report.
