Expense reporting

Hello. I am currently having issues logging my expenses on Concur. When I log in there is not an option to add an expense report. I have been working at an external location and I need to log my mileage in order to be reimbursed but there is no option for me to log expenses only the option for me view trips and required approvals. How do I get that option when I log into concur.

Hi @kz7crp ,

 

Seems currently you just have 'expense approver' role. To get 'expense report/start a report' option, you must have 'expense user' role.

 

I would suggest creating IT ticket OR reach out to Concur Administrator and request for the same. Once 'expense user' role given to your profile, you would be able to create expense report.

@kz7crp @PoojaKumatkar is correct. You have not been given the Expense User role. If you don't know who your site admin is, I suggest looking in either the Finance, Accounting, HR or Payroll departments. If you still aren't sure, then I would say speak with your direct manager.
