Expense report

Hello,

It is my first time in using the concur expense since I am an intern. It says the it has been approved back in March 27, 2025. Until now I have not received my internship allowance. Everything is approved and have my bank details in correct order. Please help. Thanks

@aangele I recommend going into SAP Concur and opening the report. Once open, click Report Details. One of the options will be Report Payments. See if there is anything listed there about expected payment date. Give that a look and let me know if there is anything listed there.

Hello @KevinD, I've checked my Report Payments. However, it states, Payment Details Pending. Payment information will appear when the report enters the banking process.

@aangele I would give a few more days to see if the payment is made. Every company is different with their reimbursement timeframes, so I cannot say exactly when you should receive payment. 

If you don't see payment in the next few days, I recommend speaking to whomever your direct manager is and ask them if they can provide any details.
