Expense not showing in available expenses

I charged parking at the airport to my card Nov 20 and the expense is not showing up as an "available charge".  How long should that take?

I also have an expense - rental car - that is showing as an "out of pocket" expense when I made the reservation for it and my hotel with my company card and used it to pay for both.  Hotel his showing up no problem, but car shows "out of pocket" expense and I have no way to change that.  HELP!! 😕

@asbranch08 it is possible it  is taking a few extra days for those card transactions to appear. It usually takes on average three days, but sometimes a little longer. I would give it another couple of days, if they don't show up, then reach out to the team at your company who assigns company cards. They will need to look into it.
