Expense approval request not visible in report

Hi

I received a team member expense request, but this is not showing in my approvals pending. I had thought maybe I already approved and forgot to remove the email but I have now been chased by a line manager to approve the pending request, which is not visible to me.

@SueA when you say you received it, are you saying you received an email stating this is ready for approval? 

 

Are you set up as this user's default approver? I have an idea of the issue, but need more information. 

 

Could you reply to me in a private message with the first and last name of the user whose report you received the notification for, please? I'll go in and take a look. To send me a private message, click my username (KevinD) then the Message button.
