Expense Reports with Receipt Images

Hi, 

I am currently looking at using Web Services to create reports that employees can run and will provide a copy of the attached receipt for each transaction. Currently this is not available in reports and a Finance Reviewer would need to proxy in as the employee, search for the report and transaction. 

I wanted to ask if anyone has created a similar report and would be willing to show me what has been built and provide any guidelines.
